Who we are
Homeschool360 (the "site," "we," "us") is operated by MsDee360 Studio LLC, based in Birmingham, Alabama, United States. You can reach us at visionlabstudio1.0@gmail.com. This privacy policy applies to the website at homeschool360.org and any subdomains.
The short version
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, your email, your children's information, or anything else. The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Any data you enter into a tool — attendance days, grades, recipe ingredients — is saved to your own device using your browser's local storage, not sent to us. We do use Google AdSense to display ads on content pages, and AdSense uses cookies in accordance with its own policies, described below.
Information we collect directly
We do not collect personal information directly. There are no sign-up forms, no login, no account, and no email capture on this site. If you choose to email us through the contact page, we will see your email address and whatever you write to us, and we will use that information only to respond to your message.
Information stored on your device
Some of our tools save information to your browser's local storage so your work is still there when you come back. This includes: the state you selected on the Compliance page, your instructional-day goal and completed count, the dates you tapped on the attendance calendar, and similar small pieces of data. This information never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us, to Google, or to any other server. If you clear your browser data or use a different device or browser, that information will not appear because it was only ever stored locally.
Third-party advertising and cookies
Homeschool360 displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Cookies may be used for personalized advertising or for measurement and reporting of ad performance.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info. For more information about how Google uses data, see Google's partner site privacy policy.
Analytics
We may use basic server-level analytics provided by our hosting platform to understand how many people visit the site and which pages are most useful. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for use by parents and adult educators. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Because our tools do not collect personal information from anyone, there is nothing for a child to accidentally submit. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact email, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
We link to state Department of Education websites, national park and museum directories, and other homeschool resources throughout the site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing any information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be reflected in the same location. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
